99 Fresh — Refund Policy
99 Fresh offers unconditional refunds on a case by case basis.
Please contact 99FreshSupport@99ranch.com for refund inquiries and be sure to include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of damaged items or parcel(Providing us with an image will speed up the refunding process, and help us report the issue to the proper department for attention and improvement needed)
- Brief description on why the item needs to be refunded(Ex: Bad Quality, Damage Packaging, Temperature Issue, Wrong Item, ETC)
99 Fresh Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible in the order that we receive your inquiry. If there is an issue with your online order:
- Customers should contact us within 24 hours if the parcel was delivered but cannot be found.
- Customers should contact us within 48 hours if any items were missing, damaged or incorrect in the parcel.
Please keep in mind if you contact us outside of the time frame stated above, you will receive store credit instead of refunds back to the original payment method.
As for lost or stolen order, if you contact outside of the time frame. Unfortunately we will not be able to compensate you or redeliver your orders.
It's important to follow our guidelines and policies for reporting such issues promptly to ensure that we can assist you in resolving the problem effectively.
Regarding refunding orders containing usage of a discount code:
When we process a refund on an order that had used a discount code. The system automatically deducts the ratio used by the discount code and refunds the customers back the actual amount paid for an item. Please note that we can not change the refunded amount as it is all done by our system.
Item(s) sold by 99 Fresh MAY NOT be returned to any physical 99 Ranch Market locations and vice versa. Please review your cart carefully before making any purchases.
Please allow up to 10-15 business days to process your refunds for item(s) purchased from 99 Fresh. A refund will only be credited to the original purchasing credit/debit card account used to make the initial purchase. It will take approximately 1-3 business days(or more based on your bank) for the refund to be reflected on your account.
Please check the products expiration date as it is provided on the products page before purchasing the product(some products may not have an expiration date if not provided on the product page). You are solely responsible for purchasing each product and acknowledging its' expiration date. We will not be able to offer refunds because a products expiration date is sooner than expected.
NOTE: PRODUCTS CONTAINED IN ANY BOX SHIPPED BY 99 FRESH, EVEN IF CUSTOMIZED FOR CERTAIN FOOD PREFERENCES, MAY NOT BE APPROPRIATE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR READING EACH PRODUCT LABEL AND DETERMINING IF YOU SHOULD CONSUME THE PRODUCT. ANY PRODUCTS CONSUMED IN ANY BOX SHIPPED BY 99 FRESH ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
