The delivery fee is calculated based on your total order value (excluding sales tax if applicable).

Delivery Schedule
We offer deliveries every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in New York and New Jersey; Every Wednesday and Saturday in Connecticut. Daily delivery can be subject to traffic and/or weather conditions, the latest delivery time is 10pm. The order cut-off time is 7 a.m. EST. Orders placed after 7 a.m. EST will experience some delays due to logistical reasons. Please select the desired delivery date when placing your order.
* Due to system restraints, we are unable to help edit or cancel items in your orders, please kindly confirm the items before placing orders, or you could cancel the original orders, and place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Method
Orders will be delivered via 99 Fresh’s professional delivery fleet to ensure the freshness of products and the quality of services.
To ensure delivery accuracy and efficiency, please confirm your address when placing your orders. We highly recommend that there should be communication between you and our drivers communicate with our drivers to prevent package losses.

For single home addresses, we’ll place the packages at the doorsteps, and notify you via phone call/text/email with photo proof to confirm delivery. Please collect your package at your earliest convenience. 99 Fresh is not responsible for any damages/loss of the packages.

For building or apartment complexes, we’ll place/leave the packages at proper locations (e.g. mailrooms, leasing offices, security) and notify you via phone call/text/email with photo proof to confirm delivery. Please collect your package at your earliest convenience. Our drivers will call or text you via the phone number or the email address provided to avoid any lost packages. We welcome all communication and advise that you communicate with your drivers whenever possible. 99 Fresh is not responsible for any damages/loss of the packages.
