Why is 99 Fresh moving?
We’ll be moving to our new website www.99ranch.com to offer enhanced features, more comprehensive product selection, mobile application, and faster delivery time to serve you better
When will be the last day to order at 99 Fresh?
You can place orders on the current 99 Fresh site until 3/28/2025. After this date, all purchases must be made through our main site at www.99ranch.com. You may still contact us at 99FreshSupport@99ranch.com for any existing 99 Fresh order inquiries.
Please note that the last delivery date for all orders placed on 99 Fresh will be April 5, 2025. Kindly select your delivery date accordingly when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding!
What happens to my account/member points for 99 Fresh?
For members, please click the star icon in the bottom right corner on mobile devices of the shop page to redeem your points and place your orders. For desktop, please click 'Rewards' in the bottom left corner to redeem points. Please redeem your points and place orders before 3/28.
Unfortunately, account/points will not automatically migrate. However, we’re here to help! You may fill out our points transfer form after creating your new account at www.99ranch.com, your points will be converted into exclusive coupons for your new journey. www.99ranch.com offers 1. Same-day delivery and 2. In-store pickup for residents within a 20-mile radius of any 99 Ranch Market location.
