Slice firm tofu into a small pieces. Soak tofu into water for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, dry the tofu and bush some olive oil on the tofu layers.
Put tofu into the air fryer basket, turn the heat on 360°F and cook for 10 minutes.
Filip over to another side, 360°F and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finely chop the coriander and minced garlic, add 1-2 spoon chili pepper powder, 3 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of vinegar.
Heat up the sesame oil and poured into the mixed sauce. Finally add a little bit of water. Dipping sauce completed.
