      By using/applying a promo/discount code,you acknowledge and agree that a promo/discount code:

      (i) Can not be transferred, resold,duplicated or be made available to the general public or recipients that were not intended or permitted by 99 Fresh(whether posted to a public forum or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by 99 Fresh.

      (ii) Can not be used for non-qualifying or past orders.

      (iii) May be limited to specific products.
