Cooking Instructions:
Boil 10 cups of water for 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca pearls slowly into boiling water and stir lightly. Wait until tapioca pearls float to water surface. Cover the pot. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal preference). Scoop out tapioca pearls and let them rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca pearls and place them in a dry bowl. Mix in sugar or honey.
Serving Tips:
1. Prepared tapioca is delicious hot or cold. Add into beverages like milk tea or coffee or into desserts
2. Please eat tapioca within 4 hours after cooking
3. After opening package, please refrigerate unused portion and use as soon as possible
